Following on from the Calendar 2008 thread and seeing the quality of pictures it's time to start another photo type thread.
The plan is simple. Every month a topic is selected, members go out and take pictures of said topic and post them here. There won't be actual prizes (unless someone gets sponsorship) but we will select 1st, 2nd & 3rd. It'll be more a medal of honour. To keep it simple and to avoid bitching and fighting :D the winner at the end of the month will choose a topic for the following month and the also judge the topic they have selected.
Again we'll keep the Picture thread clean by using two threads. One for discussions and one for the Pictures themselves.
Suggestions on the way we do this are open for discussion as per the norm :)
These rules should help keep us on track and we can edit them as we go.
1 There will be two threads per month. The official picture thread and an unofficial chat thread. One picture to be entered into the picture thread and if you want to show more you can post as many as you like in the chat thread.
2 In the interest of fairness the pictures shown must be your own work.
3 The winner from the previous month judges the winning 3 and picks our topic for following month.
