Is there any good software available to copy cd`s to a mp3 format for my cd/mp3/car radio? I had the pc off getting fixed a while ago and the programme i had was wiped. When i got the pc back there was a basic cd copier but i cant change the formats (wav to mp3).
CDDA-Extractor is the one I use, it's a free download and takes up very little system resources so you can just leave it running in the background and it'll do its thing.
dbPowerAmp is probably one of the best, you can find it free at www.dbpoweramp.com - you can rip your CD into any format you want, the installation instals the MP3 CODEC by default and you can download any other format you want from the site.

I prefer EAC - Exact Audio Copy : http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/
and use the LAME mp3 encoding library. On some tests I did I found it gave the best quality when playing from MP3 and when burning back to CD.

Knowing AJ and his abilities, he probably WinDiff'd the binary files...
