Welcome to the quite wonderful Octane.ie Guide. This is the first edition that we've ever made so we're quite enjoying filling it with lots of information on new cars, used cars, and have even gone to the trouble of adding in all the New Car Prices for Ireland.

What's unique about our particular Guide is that we don't use somebody who's freshly failed their journalism course to write the reviews, instead, we use people throughout the car industry, car enthusiasts, you name it, to compile all the most important information on every car under the sun.

That's right. While all the other car guides out there focus on only the new stuff, we'll happily show you what car to buy for as low as €1,000, because we're not just about selling new cars, oh no, Octane.ie is about much more than that.

We're about making buying a car, whether it's your first motor, or something a bit special for the weekend, as easy and as informed as possible. And if you still can't make your mind up, don't be afraid to post on the forum instead, never a shortage of opinions there.
